Terms of Use
Effective October 26, 2026
These terms apply to the Calendar Coach app and website, made by Jayden Taylor (“we”, “us”). By using Calendar Coach you agree to them. If you got the app from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies, and where the two differ, Apple’s agreement controls for the app.
1. Using Calendar Coach
Calendar Coach is free to use for your own personal planning. You can use it without an account. If you create one, keep your password private, give a real email address you can access, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
2. Your content
What you add to Calendar Coach is yours. You give us permission to store, sync and process it only to run the app for you, including sending it to our AI provider if you turn on the AI coach, as described in our Privacy Policy. You’re responsible for what you add, including any video call links.
3. Things you agree not to do
- Break the law, or use Calendar Coach to harm, harass or deceive anyone.
- Try to access other people’s accounts or data, or get around our security, rate limits or the AI coach’s daily limits.
- Create accounts automatically or in bulk, or overload or disrupt the service.
- Copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.
4. The AI coach
The optional AI coach is written by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. Its suggestions are general encouragement and planning ideas, and they can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Use your own judgment.
5. Not professional advice
The money tracker, savings goal, tips and coaching are tools for organizing your own information. They aren’t financial, tax, legal, medical or other professional advice. Calendar Coach doesn’t connect to your bank and doesn’t move money.
6. Reminders
Reminders and notifications depend on your device, its settings and the operating system, so we can’t promise every one will arrive on time. Don’t rely on Calendar Coach as your only reminder for anything critical.
7. Changes and availability
We may change, pause or stop parts of Calendar Coach, including the AI coach and its limits. We’ll try to give notice of major changes. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Calendar Coach at any time and delete your account in the app (Coach tab → Settings → your account → Delete account). Deleting your account permanently removes your synced data.
9. Disclaimers
Calendar Coach is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that data will never be lost, so keep your own copy of anything important.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of Calendar Coach. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top, and tell you in the app if the change is significant. Continuing to use Calendar Coach after that means you accept the new terms.
